Dr. Michael Mitry completed his doctorate degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, New York, NY. He completed his residency training at the Yale New Haven Health Systems/Bridgeport Hospital, where he held the title of Senior Resident in his final year.

Dr. Mitry has extensively trained in all aspects of podiatric medicine as well as foot and ankle surgery with a focus on forefoot surgery, pediatric and adult flatfoot reconstruction, trauma, sports medicine and reconstructive surgery.

He is currently certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as well as the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is on staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham and Norwood Hospital. Dr. Mitry currently lives in Norwood, Ma where he grew up as a child. He is an active outdoor enthusiast who enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
