Insurance and Billing

Generally all insurance carriers, including Medicare, reimburse Surgery Center charges just as they would any other health facilities. Standard charges have been established for all procedures performed at the Center. The total charge for surgery will be comprised of both the standard charge as well as charges for any supplies and equipment used during your surgical procedure. If you you should have any financial responsibility at the time of service, such as a co-payment, deductible and/or co-insurance, you will be notified by the Center. These payments will be expected at the time of surgery. Not included are fees for physician services (surgeon, anesthesiology, pathology). Those fees are submitted separately.

We offer the option to pay bills online. With our online bill pay option, you can securely make a payment for your service online with no hassles.

The Cost of Your Procedure

Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.

You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients).  Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
