Learn MoreStaff and facility are top notch and you will feel comfortable as soon as you enter the office. I would recommend anyone in need of their services. While I am pleased with the care provided, may I never need surgery again.
Going into my procedure I was unfamiliar with Eastern Massachusetts Surgery Center and came out having a great experience. Everything was well organized from check in to check out and the staff from nurses to anesthesiologist to surgeon were professional, informative, attentive and kind.
The facility and its nurses and the doctor, they were a great team making that part of the experience a 5-star. It's the staff @ Boston Medical that brought it to a 3-star. First, they said I'm not their patient, then they have me call N E S directly, and they were nice. THEN some person from Boston Medical calls to tell me I need some clearance from another doctor I said fine I expected that. I got the document faxed and then was told that she called my P C to say I was rude! My PC was like no way, she's never been rude even when ill she's always nice & positive. So for someone who they couldn't find in their system even telling me i wasn't a patient to then telling, not asking, me to do this important step(which I had already asked if that was going to be required, but was told I'm not even this doctor's patient) to calling my PC and falsely accusing me of being rude(oh and I was @PT at the time call came in and was a witness to my demeanor) this is why I WILL NOT BE RETURNING here. You can change the name Boston City Hospital to Boston Medical but it's still the worst place to deal with. I never even had to go to Boston but still received the same below-par service that place has always had even out here in the burbs.
